SHIPPING POLICIES
Shipping Policy
ORDER PROCESSING:
Expect an order confirmation email within 1 business day to let you know we have received your order! Please give us 1-2 business days to prepare, pack and ship off your order. :)
SHIPPING:
We provide both standard and Express shipping with Australia Post domestically and Internationally. Shipping fees vary due to the weight . This is calculated at checkout.
The tracking number will sent through in a separate confirmation email.
Are duties/custom taxes included?
No, buyers are responsible for any tariff, duties or custom taxes imposed by their country
Do you ship world-wide?
Yes! We ship worldwide so our collections are accessible to everyone :)
ORDER CHANGES
Cancellations & Order Changes
Backerkit orders cannot be cancelled after August 1st as the productions will be made to order.
Orders placed on this website can be cancelled or changed as long as they have not shipped.
If you need to update your items, change your address, or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Once an order has been shipped, we can no longer change or adjust your order.
Returns & Exchanges

Exchanges can only be made before your order ships. After your order has left the facility, I cannot process exchanges.
